We stand behind the quality of every Mazel Golf product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return Authorization
   - Email Jolin@solotoo.com with your order number
   - Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

2. Prepare Your Package
   - Item must be in "like new" condition (no signs of wear)
   - Include all original packaging and accessories
   - Securely package to prevent damage in transit

3. Ship Your Return
   - Customer pays return shipping costs
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method
   - Ship to our designated return address

4. Receive Your Refund
   - Refund processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
   - Credit will appear on your original payment method

*We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items

Return Conditions

Damaged or Defective Items

- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement available
